Matilda Kimari

Matilda is part of the asset management team for Urbanea, with responsibilities including asset management and ESG. Matilda started her real estate career in 2015 as an intern at M&P and rejoined the company in 2018 after 2,5 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield. Between 2018 and 2024, Matilda worked within M&P´s investments team where she carried out acquisitions and divestments in all of M&P´ platforms.

Matilda holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Building and Construction Management as well as Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm.
