Möller & Partners continues to grow and attracts top talent

As Möller & Partners organizes itself for further growth, the firm strengthens its team with the recruitment of three new real estate hires and makes three internal promotions.

Tiffany Strand has been appointed Head of Business Development, Matilda Wåhlin has been appointed Transaction Analyst, and Josefin Lindén Lindström has been appointed Controller and Business Analyst. The firm made promotions with Tommy Lindblom to a newly created strategic role of Head of Project Management and Fund Manager, Victor Svensk to a newly created strategic role of Head of Research & Financing and Jens Sandberg to Head of Transactions.

Tiffany Strand will join Möller & Partners in March 2019 as Head of Business Development, with responsibility for identifying, creating and managing new structures within the Möller & Partners group. Tiffany joins Möller & Partners following a successful 13-year track record at Areim, where she was a Fund Manager and Partner managing funds with over SEK6 Bn of equity from institutional investors. Tiffany has prior experience within the banking and consulting industries in the US. Tiffany will report to Henrik Jussi-Pekka, CEO. 

Matilda Wåhlin joined the Möller & Partners’ transaction team during the fall of 2018 and has a focus on acquisitions across Sweden. Matilda rejoins Möller & Partners following 2.5 years at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield where she worked with asset management and development. Matilda started her real estate career at Möller & Partners in 2015 as an intern. Matilda will report to Jens Sandberg, Head of Transactions.

Josefin Lindén Lindström joins Möller & Partners as an integral part of the Akka Egendom team focusing on financial analysis. Josefin joins Möller & Partners following 3 years at Frank Projektpartner where she, as a Deputy Project Manager, worked with construction management. Josefin will report to Desirée Morast, Head of Asset Management, Akka Egendom.

Tommy Lindblom joined Möller & Partners in 2006 at which time his focus was on leasing and asset management. Tommy has thereafter worked across all aspects of the business playing an instrumental role in Svenska Handelsfastigheter, Urbano (former IHF Bostad) and Engelbrekt to name a few. Tommy became a partner in 2010 and will join the board of directors in 2019. In his new role, Tommy continue to lead Möller & Partners development arm, Engelbrekt, and will manage new structures.

Victor Svensk joined Möller & Partners in 2016 as an Investment Manager and has played an instrumental role in the acquisition and divestment of investments exceeding SEK900 Mn across Sweden. In his new role, Victor will work with both equity and debt financing as well as the strategies for Möller & Partners’ new investment vehicles.  

Jens Sandberg joined Möller & Partners in 2016 as an Investment Manager during which time he has played a leading role in the acquisition and divestment of investments exceeding SEK750 Mn. In his new role, Jens will continue to focus on sourcing new deals for the different investment vehicles within Möller & Partners, as well as leading the transaction team in the execution of acquisitions and divestments across Sweden.
