- We are glad to welcome all our new tenants to Akka Egendom. Kristinehamn fits perfectly into our business idea. Thanks to the train connection a large share of the municipality’s inhabitants commute to foremost the closely located Regional City of Karlstad. With this acquisition Akka Egendom grows its holdings in the region to more than 600 apartments and the total holdings of the company to more than 2,800 apartments; says Henrik Jussi-Pekka, CEO of Möller & Partners and Akka Egendom.
Akka Egendom was founded in 2015 to invest in and manage residential rental properties in attractive small and mid-size municipalities with a long-term investment horizon. The goal is to build and manage a portfolio of 6,000-8,000 apartments in the long-term future. After the acquisition the portfolio consists of 2,800 apartments and the company has completed 14 acquisitions since inception. Möller & Partners handles the asset management of the company.
