Möller & Partners wins land allocation in Nacka

Möller & Partners has won a land allocation competition in Orminge, Nacka municipality

The land allocation is comprised of 9 048 gross area divided into row- / chain houses and a preschool. Möller & Partners was announced winners on Monday 28 October 2019.

The area is characterized by its height differences and to be able to carry out the construction in line with our ambition to preserve the natural environment, smart and sustainable building technology solutions are required. The focus of the project is to utilize the meeting between man and nature as well as create an open and accessible environment, both for those living in the neighborhood as well as visitors. Wood will consistently be the central material choice for both the row houses and the preschool.

The municipality's ambition for the area is fully in line with our strategy to develop homes with high architectural standards, environmental profile and sustainability. Möller & Partners has previously been active in the municipality and looks forward to being part of the continued expansion, says Tommy Lindblom Project Manager at Möller & Partners.

Möller & Partners submitted the grant together with Propio. Gisselberg Architects has been responsible for architecture and design.
